Delivery 

*Please note, Paypal does not give you the option to choose delivery until you have logged into Paypal (if you have an account)  input payment details (if you don't) and pressed continue. 

Customers in the UK

Our products can be posted out using:

1. Royal Mail Special Delivery service and costs £7.95. We recommend this option as your parcel is insured and guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day (excludes Weekends and Bank Holidays).

2. Royal Mail Signed For service costs £5.00. 

Customers outside the UK

All our products are posted out using Royal Mail International Signed For service and costs £11. From experience we find that this usually takes approx 7 working days but can be up to 10 working days to reach you.

Returns

Vintage & Made to Order Pieces

If for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days  from the date of delivery to return the goods to Irene and Ozzie (26 Alexander Court, Chester, Cheshire, CH3 5AW) via Royal Mail Special Delivery for a full refund. Only if the goods are returned in the condition sent shall a full refund be given. Irene and Ozzie does not refund postage costs unless an item is deemed faulty on delivery, please see faulty goods policy below.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings unless deemed faulty on delivery please see our faulty goods policy below. 

Bespoke Pieces

Irene and Ozzie is unable to offer a refund on pieces that are bespoke. 

Faulty Goods

Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged or faulty you must inform us via email (emma@ireneandozzie.co.uk) within 3 days of delivery. The goods must be sent back to us via Royal Mail Special Delivery the cost of which Irene and Ozzie will reimburse you. The goods will be repaired or replacement pieces sent within 7 days. If you do not inform us within the above time frame we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
